Copyright & takedown

01Principle
Users must hold the rights to the content they process. Hook It provides no way to bypass platform protections and never publishes content on its users' behalf.
02Report content
If you believe content processed with Hook It infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to enzo.pitre33@gmail.com with: your name and contact details; a description of the content and, if possible, where it is (share link, project id); why it is unlawful (the work or right concerned); a statement confirming your good faith and the accuracy of the information provided.
03Handling of reports
We acknowledge receipt, review the report diligently and objectively, and remove or disable access to clearly unlawful content. The user concerned is informed of the decision and its reasons and can contest it by writing to the same address. Accounts with repeated, substantiated reports are suspended.
04Before you publish
A public video (YouTube, TikTok…) is not copyright-free. Adding captions or commentary is not automatically a sufficient transformation. Copyrighted music may trigger platform restrictions. Monetization eligibility depends on each platform's rules.
